First the location is beautiful, then you arrive by boat, the hotel is really nice and hanging on a cliff. The staff is simply wonderful, we got to know them through the years. And the food is so fresh, well prepared, served with attention, this is a place we keep coming back because we haven't found a better heaven yet.

Well stocked with basic kitchenware, plates, utensils, etc. Room was very comfortable, clean, and centrally located. Host was very knowledgable, friendly, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend stay at Lela’s Apartments to friends and family.

Me and my son had great 10 nights at the apartment. We had everything we needed, appartment was spacious, clean, modern with a lovely view over the rooftops towards the sea. Hair dryer and a laundry room came handy. The location was perfect for us, very quiet yet a short walk from the ferry port or to the beach. Sipan is a beautiful small island with friendly locals, you can explore it on foot, rent a bike or take a bus to Sipanska Luka. You can also visit nearby islands Lopud or Kolocep, it's on a ferry route to Dubrovnik. We experienced a storm when ferries don't go but got to the mainland with a private boat no problem. We would love to come back one day.

It is clean and has everything you might need including instructions and suggestions written by the host. We stayed in the sea view apartment and enjoyed a beautiful view every night. Brina was an amazing host and always avaliable.

The location was amazing, the hosts were really kind and stayed at the apartment under us for our stay - they were both sweet and gave us recommendations. We truly loved the view and the location, directly from outside our door was the sea.

Located just by the sea on Šipan Island, Guest House Šimunović features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Ferry terminal offering connections to Dubrovnik 4 times a day is 300 metres away. Everything was wonderful! The place is close to the beach, the food is excellent and the hosts were very welcoming and made us feel like we are at home! Definitely will recommend to anyone visiting Šipan and will be staying there at our next visit.
