The room, the breakfast, the lovely lobby, and especially the service and staff. This is the first time, of all of my travels, I feel as if I am staying with friends family. They also added nice tough for water and slippers. For the price they charge, this is quite extraordinary. They really try the best to take care of the guests and be helpful. I will definitely return to patmos, since this is such a beautiful island. And when I do, hotel grikos is the one place I will stay.

We stayed 7 nights at the hotel, the room was very clean at the beginning and cleaned every day. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was so close to the center of Skala but without any noise! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us the best guidance to visit and eat at the best places. Thank you Anna-Maria and Thomas for the hospitality, we loved our vacations here and we will come back again! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Questo lussuoso hotel a 5 stelle sorge a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Grikos, a Patmos. Beautiful 5 star resort situated on it's own private beach, with lounges available for guests of the resort to use (including towels and water). The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is comprehensive with many options and coffee made to order. Nice touches like bringing by water bottles to your room at night, since you are a bit removed from shops etc. You can also walk to several restaurants nearby for dinner if you don't have a car. All in the value is quite good for the price you pay, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the beach.

Location was great, plenty of restaurants right along the beach. Only a €7 taxi fare to the main town and harbour Skala. Not much further to St John’s cave etc.

Hotel 2 stelle ma posizionato nella baia più bella di Patmos….la cosa più bella dell’hotel la terrazza con una vista sulla baia e colazione fantastica. Camere rimaste anni 70 ma letto comodi, bagno piccolo, ma molto puliti. Qualità rapporto prezzo ottimo.

I had a great stay at Studios Irene! I got in on a really late ferry, and Irene contacted me in advance to make sure I knew how to get to the hostel and how to get my keys. I left on a very late ferry too, and she let me stay in the room for free because it was still available! A nice cozy place to spend your time in Patmos, and a great place to go back to after seeing the Cave of the Apocalypse, Monastery of St. John, etc.

Outstanding view. Tastefully decorated. Wonderful atmosphere. Owners and staff have worked hard to create a restful, charming vacation spot. Maria and Katarina were always available to answer questions and help in any way. They provided an exceptional experience.

We had the most wonderful time at Patmos Villas ! Thomas really is a superhost, from his warm welcome at the Skala port to helping us out with any practical needs during our stay, he made us feel at home. We now have a friend at Patmos ! The apartment is simple and clean, just perfectly situated at a 5' walk to the beautiful Grikos beach with little taverns for fresh fish meals. Everything was just perfect. Many thanks again Thomas for a wonderful stay !
