Α charming hotel in Patmos Island with a total of 18 rooms, nestled only 30 metres away from Grikos bay, one of the world’s most beautiful bays. I felt like I was visiting my parents. There was a lot of delicious food for breakfast. Dyonisos was very interested in my work and gave me many tips, a map and a guidebook for Patmos.

This 5-star luxury hotel is situated only a few steps from Grikos beach, in Patmos. Beautiful 5 star resort situated on it's own private beach, with lounges available for guests of the resort to use (including towels and water). The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is comprehensive with many options and coffee made to order. Nice touches like bringing by water bottles to your room at night, since you are a bit removed from shops etc. You can also walk to several restaurants nearby for dinner if you don't have a car. All in the value is quite good for the price you pay, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the beach.

Hotel Effie is in a very central location and most things are just a few minutes away. I walked almost everywhere because things were so close. Right from leaving the ship, the hotel is just a few minutes to reach without a car. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating and always had an idea for daily activities even when I didn't. I felt cared for and taken care of. The facilities are clean and the surroundings are like a picture from a travel guide. Very peaceful atmosphere and simplistic charm. I would definitely visit again!
