The pub had a good cosy vibe and a good selection of food. They have a good variety of options for breakfast and all the ones we tried were delicious. The room was very cosy, the lights can be deemed, the bed was really comfortable and the shower has perfect water pressure (which sometimes is not the case). The staff was very lovely, I had to leave for a flight early on my last night and they prepared a too go breakfast for me and left it at the rooms door.

Adjacent to The Langford Inn are en suite bedrooms housed in 2 converted 17th-century barns with exposed beams, original brickwork, oak floors and luxuries for modern living. I was warmly greeted and shown to my room. The room is absolutely lovely. They provided many extras. I had Prosecco and an IPA waiting for me when I arrived. The bed is fabulous. The shower was good water pressure and very warm. The linens were very plush and towels huge. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided. I ate dinner there and had a wonderful dining experience. Andrew fixed me a bag of food items for the early departure since I would miss breakfast. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would caution that if you’re a very light sleeper, there are some sounds that might wake you. The cars leaving might be the loudest but they are gone, but I was there when a very large dinner party was happening. I will definitely go there again. It was only a 10 minute drive (easy drive for an American) back to the car rental return. Then a bus to the airport.

Stayed here to catch an early morning flight from Bristol. Lovely location for woodland walks, a game of tennis, a swim, spa, decent food and coming back to an old English style comfy room.

Centrally located in North Somerset and within 20 minutes from Bristol, Weston super mare, Clevedon, Cheddar Caves and Wells. The property was lovely and comfortable and we had the best few nights of sleep in the super comfy bed. We also had a very tasty breakfast from the very friendly owner.

The Old Police House is a very special place, small but there‘s everything you need. Comfortable bed, cooking place, fridge… Lyn recommended us a few good places to go out and have diner, within walking distance. We would really come back once. The Old Manor House offers accommodation in Axbridge. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms include a flat-screen TV. You will find a kettle in the room. Graham met us with a big smile as we arrived. Explained breakfast and our room. We had booked as just a room for the night to be near cheddar gorge. But we walked into Axebridge and discovered it's a proper cute medieval town. Nice pub the Lamb Inn. The walk takes you through a muddy field to avoid walking on the road, so you get muddy shoes. The BnB was great, basic but fairly large family room with 3 beds, Shower room was standard. We wanted for nothing. The biscuits and coffee and tea were appreciated after a long days travel. Breakfast was great. Individual servings in reusable glass bottles for cereals and drinks. Great idea. Home made jams and bread. And a full cooked breakfast!! Thanks
