Striking and modern, The Marquis of Granby is a former village pub that offers contemporary dining and chic rooms, all amid beautiful Kent countryside near Dover, Folkestone, Canterbury and Ashford. Everything. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. Food was exceptional.

I was a big fan of the decor and personally did not want to go home to my drab house. Definitely considered painting all rooms pink from the moment I stepped inside. Cute room albeit small but snug. Beautiful bathroom with good shower. Loved the addition of the complimentary snacks. Bed was super comfy and air con worked a charm. Only regret was not making breakfast.

With a pretty Kentish village location, just across from Eynsford Castle, local churches and shop, the Castle Hotel offers contemporary accommodation in Eynsford. The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The food both lunch and breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful.
