"Located in the coastal resort town of Montrose, Gray Harlings is a family-run hotel offering relaxing and cozy stays. The room was fabulous with views over the golf course. It was also walking distance to the beach and into town. The service was very friendly, helpful and informative. The staff took extra care to make us feel welcome and that our visit was a lovely one. The breakfast was fantastic and had many options available. Our room was large and we loved having the two chairs to sit in and watch the golfers and to relax. The bar area is also a lovely space to relax in.

The Park Hotel is in a quiet area, in the center of this historic seaside town, half a mile from Montrose Train Station and the golf course. The outside of the Hotel was a bit deceiving it looked just like any other 3 star hotel BUT when you walk inside it is very very welcoming, cosy, clean, comfortable, spaceous, and beautifully decorated in traditional Scottish style. Our beds were very comfortable we all slept very well, no noise no disturbance very friendly housekeepers but what we loved the most was the breakfast and the friendly helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was more than I expected and you were full up by the time you finished, very clean very good quality food, any amount of options. The staff there could not do enough for us they worked so hard (we were at a wedding) and they still were kind and helpful right into the night having served us food early that same day I just cannot fault the staff and want to thank them for their hospitality. We loved Montrose too and we would love to come back, it's a perfect venue for a wedding, the wedding venue looked so cute and had doors that lead put onto a beautifully kept garden (Well done gardeners), the receptionist were super helpful always friendly, I highly recommend this hotel I would go as far to say it was the best hotel experience we as a family have ever had and I think it's because it's very down to earth, family orientated and non pretentious, love it.

Near the town center, the Links Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, an AA Rosette-awarded restaurant and free parking. Montrose rail station is nearby. Cooked breakfast was very good but the continental could with more choices ie meats cheeses pastries

Located in Montrose, a 12-minute walk from Montrose Beach, The Juniper Rooms provides accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. Good location, Gary was very friendly and welcoming. Room was extremely clean, nice and warm, great shower and toilet facilities. Everything you could want for a very good price. I would not hesitate to go back.

Located in Montrose, a 11-minute walk from Montrose Beach, The George Hotel has accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. The rooms are large, really comfortable, very clean. Really lovely to stay in. The food in the restaurant was so good. Recommend staying here.

Life’s a Beach, MONTROSE SCOTLAND is located in Montrose, just a 19-minute walk from Montrose Beach and 5.7 miles from Lunan Bay. Great location for exploring the area. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Pet friendly although we don't have a pet. All the things like doggy poo bags and bowls were supplied. Didn't have to contact the hosts as everything was supplied and working. Would definitely use this place again as we loved it .

With panoramic views of the countryside, Kescoweth bed and breakfast is surrounded by hiking trails, fishing spots and cycling routes. This B&B is located in a beautiful area and just perched high enough on a hill to have sweeping views over the Scottish countryside. The area is also very peaceful and one feels very immersed in the surrounding nature. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and make sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B, it was a great experience.

Harris Apartment is located in Montrose, just a 17-minute walk from Montrose Beach and 5.5 miles from Lunan Bay. The location, size and decor of the place was perfect. Ample amount of supplies for us in our two day stay. Comfortable bed and excellent kitchen facilities. Lots of personal touches where you can really see the owners take pride in taking care of it. The place was absolutely spotless.

Central 2-bedroom apartment, Montrose is a recently renovated apartment in Montrose, near Montrose Beach. Everything was good, clean, everything needed was in place. Great location.
