The original monastery was built in the 11th century and sections of the original building and adjacent chapel/church remain. Restaurant is of Michelin star quality with an incredible tasting menu.

És un hotelet fantàstic, molt tranquil, confortable, net, espaiós, molt ben decorat. Teníem una petita cuina amb tot el que cal per fer un esmorzar o un àpat, amb bullidor, cafetera, rentaplats, fogons. La nostra habitació donava a un jardí amb una font. L’hotel està connectat a Les termes per un passadís, que t’evitar haver de sortir al carrer. El personal molt amable. Tot impecable La situació és molt adient per visitar el Gers i Lectoure, en francès o Leitora, en occità, té tot tipus de serveis.

We went to Auch to visit my brother and niece. The property was a short distance from Auch in lovely country side. Very peaceful. The dining room looked very inviting but sadly we did not get an opportunity to eat there.

We had a lovely time at Chateau de Barbet. We were obviously staying out of season but still really enjoyed our time The house was well equipped and just what we needed. My daughter really enjoyed the trampoline that was in the garden of the house we were allocated. The pool was really warm although also very deep! Staff were friendly and helpful and we were grateful of the early check in.

Fantastic facilities pool, tennis court. Pool large and very clean, plenty of sunbeds and parasols. You could order on a blackboard bread/pastries for the next day which was so useful.
