Hotel Sophia is located in an upcoming neighborhood where the Tartu University of Science and Technology, as well as hospital are within a short walk away. The hotel is outside of central Tartu, next to a large shopping mall. It seemed to be very popular with families with small kids. The city centre is easily accessible by car or by bus. The room was nice, comfortable and clean, the wifi worked well, breakfast was good (although almost the same every morning), the free parking lot was huge.

V Spa & Conference Hotel offers accommodation in Tartu. The hotel has a spa centre and hot spring bath, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Free WiFi is featured. Verry beautiful hotel, interior was spectacular. Hotel location was amazing. Family friendly and the pools and spa was excellent. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

The breakfast was tasty and good quality. I didn't see any vegan options though. The rooms are bright and comfortable and smell good. The location is great if you stay for the National Museum, but the city center is only a 30 minute walk away and there are also bus stops.

Located in the centre of Tartu, on the edge of the Old Town, Art Hotel Pallas, renovated in May 2020, offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with an LCD TV with satellite channels and free WiFi. Excellent location and comfortable room. Upgrading the room was definitely worth it! Great view! Breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety to choose from.
