There are coolers and ice pack available to borrow, free use of bicycles. The rooms all have refrigerators. The front garden is cosy, with a small fire pit, lots of chairs, tables and outdoor furniture. Blankets for a chilly evening and a recreation room with pool table and other games. There is a larger fire pit area too, but there was a fire ban.

Excellent employees all around. The front desk person was awesome as well as the waiters for dinner and breakfast. Excellent food for both meals!

CentralHotellet is housed in a renovated 19th-century building next to Køge's main square and offers free Wi-Fi, 4 free private parking places and rooms with cable TV. The place is adorable and clean. Perfect location to explore Køge, and it even has a little dock on the canal behind the property. Staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. I made use of the coffee and pastries they provided.

A wonderful surprise! We didn’t notice when we booked that this hotel was on an island. For us, this turned out to be an unexpected highlight, even though we we on a tight schedule. The ferry runs all day and literally crosses in a few minutes. The food at the restaurant was great and the location is unforgettable.
