This historic hotel in Bamberg town centre offers rooms with colourful décor, free Wi-Fi, and a modern, flat-screen TV. Parking is possible in the nearby area at a surcharge. Great location in old town area, making it easy to walk to all attractions and an abundance of restaurants, cafes and shops. This hotel is a very interesting mix of historic and modern with lots of art works and colour. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable with a well-equiped kitchenette. Breakfast was very nice. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Sometimes family rooms feel very cramped but ours was spacious with plenty of storage space, bonus was a balcony with a lovely view. Even the common areas of building were decorated with great attention to detail. The staff were very nice and went out of their way to ensure we had an exceptional stay. My only regret was that we didn't spend more time here as it was the best lodging of our summer holiday.
