This traditional, family-run hotel offers rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi internet in the centre of Oberammergau. The main train station is less than 300 metres from the hotel. We loved our stay and our hosts were exceptional. Was happy to help us and give us suggestions for supper. At breakfast she made us scrambled eggs and went out of her way to ensure that everything was good. We can’t wait to stay again.

Set in the heart of the picturesque Ettal valley in the Ammergau Alps, this country-style hotel enjoys a peaceful setting and offers views of Ettal Abbey. It is very beautiful place with view to the abbey. Family room was spacious and with a nice balcony. Menu in the restaurant was good and a truly rich breakfast. Service, especially in reception, was very nice.

Offering an indoor pool and cottage-style rooms, this 3-star superior hotel enjoys a peaceful location beside a forest, just a 10-minute walk from Ettal Abbey. The hotel experience is excellent. The reception at the reception was very pleasant and professional (Irina was very nice), the room is quiet and everything is comfortable, clean, the breakfast is excellent and the staff is very attentive.
