The Lauraceas Garden, about 100m down the road, is very special and was created with care and love. We've never seen SO many beautiful birds, especially the humming birds -- they were just non-stop. Bring warm clothes: in the evening and first thing in the morning it can be very chilly up there in the mountains but during the day, once the sun had come up over the hills, we had glorious weather.

Very helpful staff that visited the house while we were away and prepared fireplace for us after we used wood the day before. Perfect location to explore Savegre forest and this area.
