Boasting a garden and free WiFi, Hotel Laguna Arenal is located in Unión. All rooms have a private bathroom. Each room comes with a terrace with views of the mountain. Wonderful, clean and modern looking cabins with a beautiful view overlooking Arenal Lake. big and comfortable bed, large and well functioning shower and very good and optimal use of space in the cabin. We were greeted every morning by some birds on top of our cabin, and could see and hear all kinds of wildlife from the deck overlooking the lake. Special mention for the lovely cats running around the property and coming to greet us! The hotel staff provided special vegan options for breakfast every morning, which were absolutely lovely and tasty, and which was well above our expectations. Also a big thank you for allowing us to check in at a very late time at night and staying up late especially to accomodate us, very much appreciated! Driving distance from La Fortuna and many surrounding activities and touristic locations, the cabins are located outside of the touristic area in a beautiful and quiet place.

Set in a natural rain forest location, Agua Inn is 200 metres from Arenal Lake. It features a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly. We love the Feo the dog and Pepa de parrot. The location is very quiet. You feel one with nature. Drive from/to Arenal is not long. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Definitely would love to come back and have a longer stay.

Beautiful location on Lake Arenal. The hotel had colourful decore and a very comfortable vibe. Hosts were friendly and available.

Mystica is in a beautiful setting with lots of animals, plants and birds. there is plenty of space to be alone or together as a group. It is tranquil but close enough to local shops and bakeries etc.

Set within 19 km of Venado Caves and 30 km of Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park in Nuevo Arenal, Marita's Bed and Breakfast features accommodation with seating area. Albert, the host, was very welcoming. The view from the breakfast balcony was stunning, their garden was beautiful, with a lot of different kinds of birds. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. I recommend highly.
