Hotel a Tamarindo
Situated in Tamarindo, 500 metres from Tamarindo Beach, House of Nomad - Adults only features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This is our 4th time in Costa Rica and this is the best hotel we ever stayed at. It is a beautiful, modern, spotless hotel walking distance to the beach. You can't beat the location. The pool is half-olympic size, amazing! The rooms are huge, with comfy beds. the bathroom is the biggest (and cleanest:) I have found in Costa Rica. The modern kitchen really helps when you dont feel like going out. We will definitely be back next year .

Friendly and welcoming staff, including one of the hotel's owners, our room was small but recently renovated. The hotel's location is hard to beat, a bit off the village hence very calm but a 10 min walk along the beach if you fancy "downtown" Samara. The beach bar is great, feet in the sand while you sip your drink or beer. Very good restaurant too. In a nutshell, highly recommended.

The bed was great! Super comfortable and private. The staff was always kind and ready to help. The location is amazing, just a 3min walk away from the beach. The food was incredible as well.

Its comfort its architecture moreover it was quiet , no constant music in the background like unfortunately in many places . It feels just wonderful to be able to listen to the jungle sounds and this should be more celebrated ;) All staff was also very professional and helpful . We also liked meeting the big hotel pet: the well fed iguana !

The A.C. in the room was awesome and the beds out of this world; king size and super comfy. The pool is also refreshing and Daniela the girl that tour us the place is very sweet. However, if you are looking for luxury and resort like activities, this is not the place for you, but for people that are looking for a place to be in peace and comfortable this is it.

Situated in Sámara, 1 km from Samara Beach, Tuki Tuki Lodge offers accommodation with a terrace and free private parking. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and room service for guests. You will immediately feel at home at Tuki Tuki Lodge thanks to the wonderful and very kind hosts and owners J.P. and Flori. J.P. enjoys giving an intro to town for new guests with his very own TukTuk, a fun way to explore Sámara for the first time! Rooms are big and in excellent shape with fan and A/C, fridge and microwave oven, Smart TV and good WiFi. Bed very comfortable, very nice bathroom and everything super clean! The lodge is a bit outside of town but no problem with a bicycle, scooter or the like. Next supermarket, 10min walk. There is also a pool and a bar/restaurant on the property. On weekends the bar / restaurant usually features some live music and fills with expats and locals. For us (married couple) Tuki Tuki was seriously among our top 2 hotel experiences during our 6 week stint in Cost Rica. We would certainly love to return anytime.

Located in Tamarindo, Hotel Casa Carlota Tamarindo features a garden. There is a year-round outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I travel a lot and I don't think I've met friendlier or more helpful hosts at this hotel. Due to a shortage of rental cars throughout Costa Rica, I was without transportation when I arrived at the hotel. Jeffrey and Shirley gave me a ride to downtown Tamarindo and even took time from their busy schedule to provide a personal tour of the town. Shirley even arranged an Uber taxi for me to travel to my next stop at Coco Beach. They are renovating the hotel and it is now modern, clean and reasonably priced.
