Carlos provided us among the best customer service we have encountered in Colombia. He clearly cares about the space, customer satisfaction, and is looking to improve the resort year after year. The space itself is recently renovated and with a pleasant area that connects to the beach. We were there while the ocean was high and wild, so we didn't go swimming, but we've been told that seasonally it becomes much calmer. The room was large and well air-conditioned when we wanted it to be, and the spaces around the resort, though small, had a perfect getaway vibe.

Offering two outdoor pools and a restaurant, Aite Eco Resort is located near Palomino, just 200 metres from a private beach. It offers free limited WIFi and an open dining room for guests. If you are looking for a place to relax, you must come to Aite!!! We stayed in the Standard Bungalow on the beach and we loved it, it has all you need, the bed is extremely comfortable and the best part is that you open the door and you are right at the beach, so when is time to sleep all you can hear is the ocean :). Colourful birds everywhere, beautiful landscapes, nature sounds. The restaurant has great views, a wide and varied menu with typical food from the region and more, it also has many options for vegetarians! The food is delicious and I particularly loved the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will make you feel at home. I’ll definitely come back!

The place was very beautiful, It has a micro climate so fresh, and with a lot of nature all around. The staff is very charming from the reservation to the farewell. The place is secure, and I took 3 bungalows for my family. The food is so good. Really very good. We tasted almost all the different dishes and we are very grateful to the kitchen staff, all were fresh, and they know how to keep you and your family healthy. We were in the hotel 6 days and all was OK.
