Breakfast was quite good, fruits + hot beverage + juice + eggs + bread... they were very attentive and went out of their way to improve the experience, i.e. giving extra hot water for my sweet hot chocolate. Or letting us leave the car for a bit inside their parking lot after the checkout. They are also honest about conditions at the desert if it's raining, length of the trips and recommendations with guides.

The hotel was incredibly well cared for and clean. The rooms were well equipped and I couldn’t have asked for any more from all the staff, who were always so helpful, friendly and attentive.

Cosmos Tatacoa Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Villavieja. Great facilities. No issues at all. Loved that it was like 10 minutes away from the town hall so it was very peaceful and quiet. Great sunsets from the rooftop.

John is by far the most friendly host we’ve ever met. He responds quick, is very kind and helps to make the best out of your trip in Tatacoa. The dinner and breakfast are very tasty, the location in the desert is magic and his 2 dogs are lovely as well. In addition to this, he can arrange a guide for both the red and the grey desert and this guide is very good as well, definately don’t skip the grey part of the desert, it’s beautiful and if you are lucky like us, you can spot a lot of animals! We give John a 10+!

There's a restaurant serving Latin American cuisine, and free private parking is available. we had a wonderful stay here! the family that runs the place is super kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and lovely atmosphere in the desert!
