Beautiful hotel. Very big, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast had lots of choice both Western and Chinese. One of the staff remembered. our coffee order the next day and offered it to us awe were sitting down which was lovely. Pool and gym are wonderful.

The Ritz Carlton in Nanjing is a wonderful structure. The hotel is just amazing, and the staff extremely kind and attentive. Our room was at a high floor and the view we had on the city was stunning at night. The room itself was huge, with sophisticated furniture and decorations. Flair, the bar at 62nd floor is beautiful, with a wide selection of drinks and snacks, and the Chinese restaurant at 39th floor exceeded our expectations: wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. Altogether it was a memorable stay. We wish to be back soon!

Next morning during breakfast, we feedback to a restaurant staff that the room is a bit small, the assist manager immediate arrange a new room for us. Staff was really helpful, i feedback new room not cool enough, they offer to change room, i didn't want to go thur the trouble again so i declined , they pass me a fan. I said room abit humid,they put a air humidifier.
