Positioned along Taohua River, Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel boasts a Chinese-style courtyard and is located in Lujia Village, just 2 km from downtown Guilin. Edino kar je koliko toliko popravilo vse skupaj je bilo osebje, ki se je zelo trudilo, izgledalo je kot, da je celoten Resort v družinski lasti. Karkoli smo potrebovali so nam pomagali, na koncu smo dobili še darilo. Zajtrk je zelo dober, ba voljo imate zahodnjaškega ali kitajskega. Dobite veliko sadja.

My room had a balcony with a lovely view of the pool and mountains. In-room massages are available and very affordable. The breakfast was good, as was the restauarant food in general. Free water and afternoon "tea" (snacks). The pool area was very nice and provided shade at most times of the day. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

The location is very close to bus stops from either Guilin West or North train stations. It is also within walking distance to a few major sites. Some buses also stop close to the sites, for $2 Chinese Yuan per person, it is a very good deal. Need to have exact change for the bus ride. Some older bus do not have the means for electronic payment. We stayed in two different rooms, River view with tatami and deluxe family room. Both were very good rooms, excellent water pressure and rain shower was a delight! The room facing the River was a bit noisy during early evening but was not a problem later in the night, when all activities in the nearby park finished and participants dispersed. The deluxe family room, which was facing the inner alley, was very quiet. We did not have breakfast included with the room, but nearby are eateries and a very good bakery. A supermarket is also nearby. We also appreciate the excellent and thorough information provided by the hotel regarding how to get to the hotel from whatever mode of transportation one is taking.

Surrounded amidst impressive Karst mountains, Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is located at the edge of Yulong River. Free WiFi access is available. Free parking space is offered. Kind and friendly staff willing to help with all requests. Attentive service. Absolutely gorgeous view of the river and right next to the walking trail. Even in winter, the view is stunning. Our room was warm, clean and cozy! We enjoyed the restaurant. It has plenty of vegetarian options that we enjoyed. Try the rice cakes with peanut, dried tofu and vegetables and the eggplant. They are not to be missed.

Li River Resort is situated on the west bank of Li River and offers a relaxing retreat in Chinese-style accommodation. Very lovely hotel right on the river and quite isolated from anything else so very quiet. Only a 15-20 flat easy walk along the River path to the town. The restaurant does great food I ate every meal there. Both Chinese and Western food is served. Beer, wine and spirits also available. I had a River room room and it was very big and very comfortable. The view was fantastic from the room and balcony. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I booked an in room massage 3 times. They helped me book a day trip by bicycle and also booked my transfer to the train station. The staff were very nice and friendly. A great choice highly recommended

Wedged amongst the bamboo forests and rural farmlands, Riverside Retreat Hotel overlooks the beautiful water of the Li River. Great location, quieter and higher than most, so views are better. Short walk to river and ferry. Fantastic owner and staff. Shelly and Craig speak great English. 1st class advice. Food is good and has great value. Thank you, cooks. Rooms we had had marvellous views. Kids took art lessons, brilliant teacher , and very fair prices. Fantastic

Nastanitev Guilin Village Creek Inn se nahaja v mestu Guilin, 15 min hoje od znamenitosti Jama Reed Flute Cave, in ponuja fitnes, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, vrt ter skupni prostor za druženje. Melody (at the reception) was really helpful and compensated for our inability to speak to mandarin. She organised all the tours for us and was very patient with us. We were upgraded for free and there is free tap water and breakfast included. The hotel is set in a really nice location which is tranquil, though you will need a bike or DiDi to get into town.
