This has probably been the best hotel boutique I have stayed in. La House and decor are magnificent, the homemade food delicious, the servicie outstanding and such a pleasant atmosphere! Congrats! Its spacious rooms have balconies and free Wi-Fi.... Perfect hotel! Comfortable rooms, great location and amazing view. We loved the lounge with the fireplace! The staff was incredible and super helpful. Also: amazing breakfast.

This a very good 4-star hotel, in a quite location and with two restaurants. We staid one night: a stop in our trip from Conguillio to Chiloe. The two-queen room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, wi-fi excellent. One restaurant offers a very good dinner-buffet (a bit expensive). The staff was kind and helpful.

Alma Chilota was a beautiful, relaxing, amazing place to stay; so much so that we ended up booking two more nights after doing some camping. The rooms are well appointed, breakfast is delicious, with the staff cooking eggs fresh, and flan, sweet bread, cereals, yogurt and hot beverages available.

Simón was super welcoming and a great communicator. Even though I couldn’t speak much spanish I still felt taken care of. The room had a cute street view and was walking distance from a couple of great restaurants and a bodega. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Puerto Varas!
