Everything was exceptional from the moment I checked in. Warm and welcoming staff who were able to answer and help me with any questions I had. The cleanliness was impeccable and my room was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend sandman hotels to family and friends and I would definitely stay at this location again.

Located 3.6 km from downtown Hamilton and 2.3 km from McMaster University, this hotel features an on-site restaurant and indoor pool. Comfortable bed, very clean. Nice staff. There a nice terrace and swimming pool. We were by car, so the location was OK for us.

One tall guy. All was super helpful, all were smiling.. Parking free. They gave me an upgrade for the room. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel does all the important things right. Comfy, clean, with all facilities i needed. Constant access to tea and coffee was great.
