At first I was worried because it was not so close to gondola but there are so many times available this was not a problem at all . Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Spa facilities were superb, the gym was very well equipped with up to date machines. Breakfast was quality food, we had Eggs Benedict, perfect.

The personnel is nice and warm. We liked a lot Salih, the driver, who sometimes was also in the restaurant area helping his colleagues. Irina, the receptionist, was also very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Amira and we recommended it to our friends.
