We got the last parking spot on the premises when we arrived at 4 pm on a Monday.

Retreat to Peppers Silo for a luxurious stay in Launceston, Tasmania. Magnificent, large clean room. Staff polite and attentive Good on site restaurant, great views of the river and a nice little balcony. A Unique room in the old silo. Really well furnished and decorated. Sooo Big. Think luxurious.

Waratah on York is located in a restored Victorian mansion, just 5 minutes’ walk from Launceston city centre. It features free off-street parking and Wi-Fi internet access. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival. Room was clean and tidy. I am glad I went for the more unique stay in this restore Victorian mansion than in a standard hotel-gives the guest a taste for the beautiful architecture can be found within the city. Views from the window were great, overlooked the river and the city center. Centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums.

The Red Feather Inn is a collection of historic convict-built sandstone buildings, designed by Georgian architect John Sprunt in 1842. It boasts modern suites with views of the garden. Staying at the red feather inn is like traveling to the past but with the modern luxuries. Can’t get more romantic than sleeping in a heritage building, away from the world and soaking up the nature and quietness. We stayed at the red feather room which was absolutely gorgeous, pristine, elegant and comfortable. The fireplace in the room and the bathtub made our stay unforgettable. The continental breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast offerings were beyond expectation. Appreciated the little extras in the room and bathroom.

Ideally located in Launceston, Change Overnight offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. We really like the design of the hotel apartment. Simple, spacious, great design with good amount of lights, skylight, and most importantly, the core value and tagline across the building and in the apartment. It definitely resonated with all of us, especially with the new world we are facing across the globe. Special thanks to the group of beautiful cleaning ladies. Very efficient ladies, did a wonderful jobs in cleaning up the place - very clean. Although we did very simple cooking, the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is super, walking distance to eateries and restaurant. Parking is secured. Honestly, if we go back to Launceston, we will definitely go back to Change Overnight
