High quality of food and drinks served at breakfast and also in the near Krenn restaurant. We did appreciated much a room service for the first warm drink served after wake-up and still before the breakfast - great idea!!! The house offers also a room service.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV. the hotel is just in the center, 5 min walk to Planai staff is very helpful, always similing and hard working. there is plenty of food in breakfast. we had our dinner in brunner rest for 2 nights, the food was delicious. Apart from all these, Petra the owner of the facility, many many thanks to her. She fulfilled all our requests. She is always on her job with smiling face and kind attitude . Spa area is just a place for meditation, well designed and extremely comfortable. our room is big enough for a family of 3. it does not transmit any sound from the next room . we had one of our best ski holiday, thanks to Brunner Family

After skiing day in Planai (or Hauser-Kaibling) that provided good relaxation. Skibus stops right in front of the main entrace. We've not used that ourselves, but that is again very good thing.
