Turmöl Hotel enjoys a convenient location at the edge of Allhaming, 1 km from the A1 motorway and within 15 km from Steyr, Linz and Wels. It is a fun place. The hotel, absolutely automated wiith the keycards is above the fuel station. The rooms are super, super basic, but clean and modern.

Centrally located in Enns, Hotel zum Goldenen Schiff offers rooms with a flat-screen cable TV, 50 metres from the city tower and next to the Lauriacum Museum. We were upgraded to an apartment by the kind owner. It was facing the clock tower on the main market square. What a perfect location to have a nice dinner and a long walk through the old town afterwards. We were thrilled to be in such an old building (13th century) with amazing history. Make sure you ask the host about his remodel. He will show you photos that are just amazing. We were very happy with the bedding, shower, and living space. Everything was very high quality. We had a safe place in the back to store our bicycles. Instead of paying the 17 eu for breakfast, I went just outside the hotel in the morning (like the host recommended) and there was a little farm market going on. I bought rolls, meats, cheeses, fruit and veggies and made our own breakfast for much less. We had coffee with us, and were allowed to get hot water, cups, plates, and cutlery from the buffet downstairs. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

In a quiet location in Kronstorf on the Enns River, Thalinger Hof is 5 km from the centre of Enns and 25 km from Linz. The restaurant serves traditional Austrian cuisine, and free WiFi is available. The accommodations and food were great as usual. This is our favourite place to stay on our way to Germany. Prices are very reasonable.

Surrounded by an 18-hole golf course, the Metzenhof Hotel is 10 km from Steyr. It features a golf school, a restaurant serving Austrian and international cuisine, and free Wi-Fi. The rooms were clean and large. I have never stayed at a golf club hotel before so it was something different from the hotels I usually stay. The breakfast buffet was rich and a little healthier than a typical buffet. It was nice to take breakfast outside and enjoy the view of the golf field.

Set in Hörsching, 13 km from Casino Linz, F Hotel offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The location is far from the city, but we knew that in advance as we were by car. The room is huge, with a balcony and kitchenette. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge and electric kettle. But, there are absolutely no utensils. The decor is outdated, but very clean. The beds are very comfortable, we slept comfortably. We did not take breakfast. The attitude of the staff is good.

Located in Ennsdorf, Gasthof Stöckler features a garden. This 3-star hotel offers free WiFi. The hotel features an Austrian restaurant. Smiling and helpful personal, clean room, good and safe place for bikes, very good breakfast (fresh eggs preparation).

Hotel Florianerhof is located in the centre of St. Florian, just a 2-minute walk from the abbey. The restaurant serves traditional Austrian dishes and light Mediterranean cuisine. It was very normal and quite expensive.

Set within 20 km of Wels Exhibition Centre and 22 km of Casino Linz, TT Aparthotel Neuhofen provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Neuhofen an der Krems. We were group of 3 friends and stayed for 1 night. Everything was clean, room was really large for 3 people. Bathroom was also polished and clean, with towels. We had also breakfast- there were enough options and service was great. Overall we liked this place and would return again.

Pension Weinbauer enjoys a quiet location 4 km from Hofkirchen’s town centre and Saint Florian Monastery. Its a fantastic property for a family vacation. Car distances: 1h to la Défense, 1,5 hours to Champagne, 1h to Asterix park, 1,5h to Nausicaa, 1,15h to Disney land. We grilled at the evenings and traveld around all of norther France during daytime. Huge recommendation, host is very helpful and friendly
