Everything is perfect. Very comfortable, the staff is amazing and welcoming. We always felt welcomed and refreshed. The restaurant is amazing, great food and views.

Semua bilik di Petit Hotel mempunyai balkoni peribadi.... Just had 2 nights stay here to visit family. We did not ski but plenty of people were who were staying at the hotel did. Hotel is located at the top end of town right by all the shops. No bars so very quiet, which is what we wanted. Marianne checked us in and our booking came with breakfast. Marianne showed us to the room and had put the heating on, so it was toasty warm. This was excellent customer service for me. The rooms have a lovely balcony with exceptional views. Day 1 was dry and clear, so perfect to sit and people watch. There is a fridge in the room, which you can put in whatever you want. Tea was available and a small kettle with 2 bottles of water. It’s a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts, maybe longer carrying skis etc. The hotel is really clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast, which is served in the bar, which yes is petit after the name. A lovely lady made us a coffee and we had a choice of the following:- fresh orange juice, cereal, yoghurts, fruit bowl, and ham cheese. Butter jam etc. Fresh bread which was four different choices. A selection of teas. There was scrambled egg and bacon as well. Also a selection of fresh pastries. I have to say I was very impressed, as we had read too many reviews on other hotels, which are closer to the lifts but also to the nightlife, which made us a bit weary. The reviews we did read made us book the Petit Hotel and we are glad we did. If you stay after reading this, I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We live in rural France, after living in a city for many years in the UK, so we do prefer peace and quiet. We had a bath in our room and bathrobes that all added to the experience.

Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. Our stay at Serras was exceptional . Great team & amazing hospitality both front desk plus in restaurants. Emilce really made us feel welcomed and was very helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent and well priced. Location for outdoor activities was perfect. The Incles Valley was on our doorstep and is a must visit. We recommend this property. Ps thank you for the room upgrade

Sport Hotel Hermitage and Spa and Hermitage Mountain Residences, Leading Hotels of the World, are a few meters next to the Grandvalira Ski Lifts in Soldeu and give you the opportunity to enjoy amazing... Having travelled through Spain , France and Andorra and changing hotels every 2 days over 2 weeks I can confident say this has been the best hotel and while all the facilities are 5 star the key factor here is the people. Youness was exceptional going out of his way even beyond F&B manager duties to show us other accommodation options for our next stay. For Diego at Koy there’s was no request that he couldn’t accommodate; the Sushi(Otoro) there was best we’ve had on our trip! Rachel’s wine pairing and knowledge about wines were incredible. With the team at this hotel it was like they knew what we wanted before we asked. Definite worth a visit!

The buffet was ample & an ala carte menu was also available. The service at breakfast was very friendly & any request satisfied in a timely manner.

Set in Meritxell, in Andorra, the family-run L'Ermita offers mountain-style rooms with views of the Pyrenees. It is just 3 km from the Canillo Ski Lifts, Grandvalira. Very good service. Free parking. Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness hotel. Excellent location for skiing.

L´Ovella Negra Mountain Lodge mempunyai taman, teres, restoran dan bar di Canillo. L'Ovella Negra is exceptional. The moment we arrived I felt at ease. The space is soothing, the staff is charming, kind, and thoughtful, and the food was stunning.

This stylish mountain hotel enjoys beautiful views of the Canillo Valley and Roc del Quer. It offers spacious modern suites with free WiFi, a plasma TV and ski storage. What everyone has already said: Beautiful, quiet, location with views of the mountains on both sides. The suite is large and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The small spa is a nice extra, and the value is excellent out of ski season. Easy to explore all of Andorra from a central location.
