The motel is pet friendly, even having an area that provided doggie clean up bags. We traveled with our two dogs. The extra $25 charge was reasonable, definitely cheaper than boarding them for the day. The bed was comfortable, the heat adjustable. We did not have breakfast, as I was there for a medical appointment and could not eat or drink before my early morning appointment.

Staff friendly and welcoming. The motel building is old, but i can see they are updating the facilities. My room was clean and comfortable. Quick walk up SW 6th to Rogue Roasters for coffee and pastry and then popped into Handprints Studio and Shop on my walk back and bought some beautiful handmade papers. Easy walking. Only couple blocks from the Rogue river.

I got no sleep. It was like ac rent by the hour hooker motel. People screaming and yelling all night banging on walls. It was bad.

Good location, right near the river and the park. Most motels are at the other end of town where it's just not as pretty.

Clean, comfortable rooms, and the front desk was very responsive to our needs. The motel is near the river, so we were able to walk to a riverview restaurant for dinner.

Booking did not pay the motel, but I paid booking. So I had to pay twice. Neither the hotel clerk nor myself could understand the phone center in India. Booking did not address the matter in any sort of coherent manner. Very disappointing.

This motel has a nice location right on the river. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Wifi worked well in our room and food at breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio for breakfast.

This motel is decorated and maintained like a much more expensive facility. The towels and linens are soft, the bed is comfortable and the room in very clean. This was our 2nd stay here and won't be our last.
