Hotel Du Lac is located on the banks of the Aare River, only a short walk from Lake Brienz and the centre of Interlaken. It offers free internet access. Perfect location on the lake and right off the train. Its also a short walk to the town center. Breakfast is was good with quite a variety. Service at breakfast was great from Safi each morning. The gentleman at reception was kind enough to borrow our daughter a coat. That was a nice touch. The room is a bit of an antique. But i think this is the charm the hotel wants to sell. Simply put, this is a hotel we woukd stay in again if we ever visit Interlaken in the future.
