- Phenomenal Sarasota location - only minutes from downtown, Siesta Key and other local favorites Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. -Pet allowed with Pet fee (1) One Pet Max Trash pick-up day is every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day) -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
