Serene and Quiet neighborhood. Close to all the beaches - Manasota, Casperson, Englewood, Blind pass , Nokomis etc in the area. Visit great restaurants like Sharkys on the beach or Old Italy in downtown Venice for some excellent dining experiences. Great place to shop. Walking/biking distance to Shamrock park that has Tennis, Biking trail and walking trails that go along the entire coast. It goes up to Siesta key if one is adventurous All shopping like Publix, Detweiler - Great organic and fresh fruits and vegetables are sold here. Walmart is just a mile away.
