ATTENTION: This home is located in a very quiet, high density residential neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There are full time owners living downstairs and on all sides around the property. There is a No Tolerance Policy for excessive noise, adding occupancy more the 6 persons, not adhering to quiet times on all decks from 10pm to 8am, parties and smoking. Parking is limited to two cars only. All guest staying at Oceanwaves are clearly informed of the No Tolerance Policy and agree that any SINGLE complaint from any of our neighbors will cause immediate eviction and 100% forfeiture of any monies, no refunds.
