Waking up to the sunrise over the intracoastal waterway and walking to the beach with a coffee in hand. Watching the gorgeous sunset over the Gulf with a picnic on the beach. Going for an evening swim in the Gulf. Being able to walk to live music events, bars, restaurants. Sitting under the palm trees while the Gulf breeze blows through.
