That is 10 min drive from Piarco International Airport and within 10 min walk to major Entertainment and Shopping facility as well as transportation hub. There are also lots of dining options. For those who are into sports there is a golf course nearby and a sports arena in the vicinity. This property offers security, accessibility and relaxation.

It’s a secure gated community in close proximity to major transit route, Mall, restaurants and sport and recreational facilities. Getting around is quite easy...withing walking distance of Entertainment and shopping and transport is readily available.
