A very large , bright, airy, new house with an excellent sense of space. Situated very close to the iconic Panmure Basin, and the huge Sylvia Park Shopping Mall, shops and restaurants with trains and buses to take you anywhere, or to shop till you drop. We welcome you to our home, to treat as you would your own so come feel at home. Please note the house is NOT on the main road. It is down the driveway on the LEFT of Number 89 (Which is on the main road) Go straight down the driveway between #89 and #91 all the way to the bottom. We will always be only a call away for ANY help you may need. Feel free to use kitchen as you require. You are Home Sweet Home. Sel and Joyce welcome you We have three rooms currently with single beds. All rooms face the sun. It is a substantially large house and the bathroom is shared, be mindful. Use of kitchen for cooking, tea or coffee etc . Anything else just ask. Free WiFi. You may park safely in the yard NOTE....Parking is limited and must be reserved and available only on condition that you leave your car key so as to allow access for other guests. Also we trust you will turn off lights when not in use. ( We may turn off unused lights ) And please limit your showers (NO BATH ) to 4 minutes in line with Council recommend.

The area is very quiet and safe, down a long driveway with garden along the way. Security cameras were installed outside when the house was built recently, though never any issues. A few hundred meters away is the Panmure Basin with its internationally renowned walk around the basin, and cute little exercise stations best done at sunset with its gorgeous views. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away at the VERY LARGE SYLVIA PARK SHOPPING MALL. International venue Mt Smart stadium is a a mere 5 - 10 minute drive. There are trains and buses from nearby Sylvia Park Mall and is pretty easy to get anywhere you want to get to.
