BRISTOL VILLA HOMESTAY PUTRAJAYA that’s the name of my homestay which has a land size of 4,192 sqft located in Presint 14, Putrajaya. It offers serenity and tranquility enveloped in an environment surrounded by lush green flora and fauna. Interior is tastefully designed in shades of grey, black and white reflecting a modern, creative and bold outlook. Fitted with new and modern style furniture which gives stylish appearance yet retaining homely feeling which makes homestay experience an enjoyful one. Spacious and awesome place for retreat while enjoying natural flora within quiet environment. Accommodate parking of total 6 cars ( 2 cars porch, 4 cars garden slab) Beds of 3 king and 1 single with 3 single floor mattress, provide additional comfort for the guests. 2 modern dining tables with 8 and 4 chairs give more space for family members and friends. Floor and table lamps with dim lights further provide relaxing mood while enjoying TV show. House Rules : - No smoking - Not suitable for pets - No parties or event - Observe privacy of neighbors - Observe parking areas - No shoes in the house - No lorry or bus - No noises - Maximum guest of 10 people
