The hospitable place of the traditional attic( just 10 minutes drive from the famous hot springs of Pozar Loutra) ,is made of natural materials (wood, cotto, stone) that integrate you into the warmth and tranquility of the natural environment. The attic is accessible from a spacious staircase made with non-slip cotto. The attic has a bedroom, a separate bathroom with shower and a fully furnished living room with a fireplace which offer various amenities (dishwasher, fridge, electric store, coffee maker, Italian espresso coffee maker, kettle and basic household items). Also for your pleasant stay we have free Wi-Fi and smart TV. At the outside space you can freely use the barbecue as well as the gazebo. In the small rock gardens you can see aromatic herbs such as melissa, sage, lavender, rosemary, peppermint. oregano, marjoram, some of which after drying you can have as a free drink in the winter. To discover the wider region , we can give you information to participate in various activities such as hiking, cycling( there are 2 bikes in the property), winter ski (Kaimaktsalan ski resort), tennis field (village of Piperia) as well as spa services ( Loutra Pozar).
The idea of hospitality is rooted in the lifestyle of the Greek from ancient times. The ancients considered that is their moral duty to care for a visitor in their home and this institution could not be missed by the younger generations of Greeks. Respecting the historical roots of our tradition, we look forward to welcoming you from any part of Greece and the world to offer you a pleasant and relaxed stay in our accommodation, to recommend you places of local tourist interest, to give you information about various actions as well as information about local restaurants for your culinary pursuits.
Our accommodation is located in the village of Polikarpi Aridaia at the foot of the Kaimaktsalan mountain. It is surrounded by a lush green landscape and features a large balcony overlooking the plane trees, the river and the mountain. The attic is just 10 minutes drive from the famous hot springs of Pozar Loutra (References to the section "Pool and wellness facilities" are available as information from the above Loutra Pozar(10km distance) without any economic relationship with the plane trees) and 35km from the ski resort of Kaimaktsalan, 21km from the famous waterfalls of Edessa and 7km from the city of Aridaia which is a pole of attraction for your evening entertainment.
