My place is central and in a sought-after location in West KITSILANO area. We are close to downtown, west side and restaurants, funky coffee shops and shopping abound. Couple of gym and community centres are close-by and Jericho pool is a few steps away (literally a 5 minute walk from my door step). The bus stop is literally a just a few steps away (next block). Enjoy relaxing walk in the water with a full view of the beautiful Northshore mountains. The property is 2 blocks from the water, guest can enjoy beautiful walks along the water then enjoy coffee nearby. Maritime museum, Vannier Park and Planetarium is walkable distance from my home. Kitsilano pool just a less than 1km walk. Granville Market is walking distance while enjoying the glorious Northshore mountain view and water. UBC, Botanical garden, The Museum of Anthropology is a mere 8-10 minutes drive from my door. A love running neighbourhood for the active/athletic traveller. Grouse mountain/grouse-grind is close by (half hour drive to get there and enjoy a hike before the start of your day.)
