Nestled amongst the hills of Elanora above Palm Beach, you have Burleigh on one side and Currumbin on the other, with everything they have to offer. The property is situated within: ~ 2 minutes drive to The Pines (Woolies, Coles, Aldi, Bottle Shops, Butcher Etc) ~ 6 minutes to the Gold Coast's finest beaches (6 min to Palm Beach 8 min to Currumbin Elephant Rock beach etc) ~ 7 minutes to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary ~ 7 minutes to Currumbin Eco Village ~ Minutes away from ample amazing restaurants including Little Tommy's, Tarte Beach House etc ~ 3 minutes to The Galleon Cafe, Bottle Shop, Convenience Store, Thai Restaurant (on Galleon Road) ~ 15 minutes to Burleigh Heads ~15 minutes to Coolangatta Airport We have plenty of street parking Please note there is a steep driveway to get to the property and stairs to get up to the flat Sheket is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we our home is also protected.
