There is nothing better than to come home after a busy day at work. Therefore all our business apartments combine comfort, style and exceptional standard at an attractive value for money. All business apartments feature a modern design and first-class amenities. The rent includes all variable costs (like water, electricity, heating). There is a completely equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, pans, cutlery, glassware, chinaware, kitchen towels, and much more. Furthermore the apartments feature bath and hand towels and bed linen. Also there is a flat screen TV (television fees included) with DVD player, a sound system, and a free Wireless Internet Access included in the rental price. We merely charge for the final cleaning of the apartment when you move out. Daily housekeeping is included in the rent (except weekend and holidays). If you require car parking, there’s the option of renting a parking space against a surcharge. The apartmenthotel Residenz Donaucity is a modern guest house. This address is located in a quiet street in Vienna’s 22nd district. You are living surrounded by nature, but are still close to the city centre. Your new home is located between the Old and the New Danube. In summer the “Gänsehäufl” and the “Donauinsel” invite you for a refreshing swim. With its bars and restaurants the Donauinsel is one of Vienna’s hotspots – enjoy a sundowner at the river Danube after a stressful day at work. The Alte Donau is also home to a sailing school: Take your chance and learn how to sail or enjoy a romantic dinner on one of the many boats during the summertime. Sports enthusiasts love the Donauinsel for jogging and biking. South of the apartment building you’ll find the National Park Donau-Auen. The Donauturm, a famous tourist attraction, is about 15 minutes by bus from your apartment. The United Nations and the congress center Austria Center Vienna are only about 800m away. By bus it takes only 3 minutes to the underground station (U1 Kaisermühlen/ Vienna International Center). The city centre is just a 8 minutes drive away with the tube (U1). And one of Vienna’s biggest shopping centres, the Donauzentrum, is literally just around the corner.
