She is such an amazing person, making us feel very welcomed. The room was big, nice aircon and the location is great. The breakfast was sooo good with fresh fruits and Preeya’s amazing fried eggs. Can’t recommend this place enough for an affordable yet comfy place to stay in Koh Yao. It was hard to leave!

Highly recommended to stay here and use it as a base to do day trips.
