The host family is kind, Pedro knows the location very well and gave us many usefull recommendation. We appreciated a huge shower corner, shared kitchen and perfect breakfast. I am not sure how complicated is to reach city center from here as it’s about 2km far away. We had our own car and there was parking place available. You should stay here!

El Spanish by the River – Boquete es un colorido albergue con WiFi y aparcamiento gratuitos situado en el centro de Alto Boquete, e imparte clases de baile y de cocina en el establecimiento. Good value for price. I enjoyed hanging out in the hammocks. Beautiful garden. Many other solo travellers. Thanks to the small size of the hostel it was quite easy to get to know the others. Only two people in a room. Surprisingly clean, the cleaning lady did a really good job. Thanks to mosquito nets i didn't see any cockroaches neither in the bathroom nor in the bedroom. Carlos was really nice and helpful with everything. The kitchen was big enough and equipped with everything I needed. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, the shower even had hot water. I felt really comfortable there.

El PaCasa Hostel, situado en David, admite mascotas y ofrece WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. Muy ordenado todo, nos costó $2 llegar en taxi desde donde nos dejó el bus, lo cual es relativamente cerca hasta para ir a pié.
