This place is perfect if you wish to socialize with fellow travelers! Very clean place, ample connectivity options, as well as spacious sleeping quarters. Just bring an extra extension cable, as power connections tend to get filled up fast, due to the number of people connecting their laptops to the place. I can't recommend this place enough! Access to the train station is also reasonable and is a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to Kameari station. Also, if your birthday falls during your stay, the host will celebrate it by setting up a small dinner for you! :D Very personal touch to a very wonderful experience!

Every morning, Jij prepares a table for breakfast, where you can eat toasted bread with jam and a boiled egg (and of course, coffee !) He is really good with his guests and always willing to help. The atmosphere there is nice, and the old man (this is how he is called) is always in for a chat and a laugh! The accommodation is nice, clean, just what is needed for a backpacker on a few day's trip to Tokyo!

This guesthouse is just lovely. It's beautiful, comfy, and really clean. Sanae San is an amazing host, very kind and organized. The fact that it's a women-only guesthouse also makes it a safer place for us to feel fully at home. Also, very well connected because Koenji station is just 10 minutes walking. I would definitely come back. I recommend Sanae's San breakfast!!! It was delicious.

It was the most beautiful experience I have had in recent years in my multiple travels around the world map. Everything is superlative. The host is particularly hospitable and always with a smile on her face. The atmosphere in the hotel is particularly warm, with guests having the opportunity to socialize in the living room on the ground floor. Strict rules regarding quietness and cleanliness are kept, which is very good. The cleanliness is exceptional and everything at a great price. You have at your disposal a refrigerator and a kitchen equipped with everything for serving and heating your own food. The location is also privileged. The staff went out of their way to accomodate for my continuous requests and changes. Extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were managed really well and clean. Couldn'tbe happier with my stay. There is a small kitchen.
