Ryota and his family have created a beautiful and comfortable hostel in a 140 year old traditional Japanese home. It felt very special to stay there, especially with such a friendly and interesting host. We were very lucky to stay at the same time as some other lovely people and we had great chats. Highly recommend!

The location is about a 12 min taxi ride from shin Fuji station which costs about 1200 yen. Great value if you decide to climb the mountain Fuji.

Located in Numazu and with Senbon Beach reachable within 600 metres, 沼津ライダーハウスしんちゃん provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mt. Fuji looks beautiful from the beach near this hotel so please have a look.

Wonderful all day, especially early in the morning and at sunset. Great restaurants and Atami Ginza as well as an amusement area close to the river all within a few minutes walking. The Japanese style room was minimalist but very nice and generous. The host was really charming and I would have stayed two weeks longer there but had to return to Germany.

Farfuglaheimilið er staðsett um 21 km frá Shuzen-ji-hofinu og 24 km frá Koibito Misaki-höfða. it was such a beautiful and peaceful location, with great staff and people in the city, we felt very welcome and at home. after some days in bigger cities it's nice to slow down in this charming town. the hostel is great with rooms that are clean, nice and all have a beautiful view of the sea and harbor. there are different things to do here, my friend and i enjoyed renting bikes to get around and go to the beach faster. there’s a lot of space in the café area as well, perfect to sit and read a book or play a board game with friends. we had originally only planned to stay for 2 nights but ended up booking two more nights because we liked the place so much. we will definitely come back!<33
