Very clean and nicely kept, good beach nearby. The owner was very helpful and even dropped me off at the bus stop.

The facilities are spacious and well designed, the breakfasts are wonderful, you can use bikes and snorkel equipment for free, and the owner is friendly and kind. The place has a friendly and easygoing atmosphere that is uncommon in many hostels and it is basically impossible not to meet kind people and make friends :) Best of all, there are very few rules, and you can use the hostel like a regular person. This is easily one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at and I could have stayed longer!

Our brief stay at Akachichi Guesthouse was truly special. Kenny and Komaki made us feel so welcome. The attention to detail was evident in the beautiful design of the room, the lovingly tended garden, the delicious breakfast… And such a fantastic location!
