Opened in April 2013 with brand new facilities, Piece Hostel Kyoto is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from JR Kyoto Station. It features a spacious and comfortable lounge, a tatami (woven-straw) terrace and a wall-size map with latest event information around Kyoto. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property, while portable WiFi devices are available for guests to use during their stay for an additional fee.

The female-only property is close to several noted attractions, around 1.2 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum and around 1.3 km from Heian Shrine. Kiyomizu-dera Temple is 1.8 km from the hostel. Convenient, safe, clean and comfortable. I think it is superb. Good space if stays two.

Beds were large and comfy Good location And the staff is really nice and cheerful One of the best Guest House in Japan.

Yuki is an amazing host and the guest house has everything you could ask for, including a common use room and kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas stove, water filter, etc. Washing machine is outside. If you want to go to a bathhouse, there will be bags with soap as well as yukatas you can take with you. I made lots of use of the bicycles you can rent at no cost during your stay. The surroundings are quiet and relatively close to temples and nature walkways. The next subway station is about 15 mins on foot.

Offering rooms in a traditional Japanese-style building, Guesthouse ITOYA Kyoto is a 7-minute walk from the Horikawa Imadegawa Bus Station. Imadegawa Train Station is a 17-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the building. Best place to stay in Kyoto by far!!!! The man running this place was an absolute sweetheart!!! He was so kind and hospitable and nervous to make everything perfect for us. We stayed in the mixed female dorm and it was amazing! Super comfortable extremely clean and efficient! The bathroom and shower were awesome as well! The indoor spaces, the kitchen, the living room, the small shrine it was all incredible!! We were offered some cookies, tea, coffee, and even earbuds for free too! 10/10, I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to everyone!!

The location was very good, 5 minutes far from Kyoto station. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen/dining room was very cozy. The bathroom and the kitchen was clean and equipped. The staff were nice and helpful.
