Toyako Guest House Ponkotan is situated in Lake Toya, in the Toyako Onsen district. With free WiFi, this 1-star hostel offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge. I don’t often write reviews but my stay in this hostel just needs one. I stayed here for only one night on my trip trough Hokkaido and it was just amazing. The accommodation is clean and cozy and the beds are soo comfortable. But the best: the hosts. They were so kind and helped me with all my questions. English conversation is also possible! :-) Since it was heavily raining on the morning I left, the offered me a drive to the bus station. Thank you so much, Keiko-san, arigato gosaimasu.

Otaornai Backpacker's Hostel Morinoki is for free and independent travelers in Hokkaido Otaru. No good for small group or family. Haven’t felt that much like being home as in this place! Perfect stay, great great guest-parents! Thanks for hosting me!

A 10-minute walk from JR Kutchan Train Station, Niseko Backpackers Hostel Tabi-Tsumugi offers simple accommodation with extra-long beds. Fully equipped kitchen, big beds, close to a big supermarket, and the effort that the host Ryo puts into the job is amazing. He will drive you everywhere and recommend hikes in the local area. The best recommendation you can get as a host has to be that the customers come back, and I've already been there twice on my trip around Japan :)

Shared facilities always clean and had a sink in the room. Staff lovely, even helped us make a reservation. Would definitely stay again.

遊悠館 tọa lạc ở Chitose, cách Ga Shin-Sapporo 35 km và Ga Sapporo 44 km. Ngoài phòng chờ chung, hostel 2 sao này còn có các phòng với điều hòa và phòng tắm riêng. All the facilities are good and comfortable. It’s also near the bus stop to catch a bus for the airport.

Nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở Sapporo City Centre, Sapporo, HELIO HOSTEL SAPPORO nằm cách Ga Shin-Sapporo 13 km, Otarushi Zenibako City Center 20 km và Ga Otaru 36 km. Modern hostel in a good location. From the minute I entered I got a good impression, staff were extremely friendly and checked me in easily and gave me a thorough explanation of where everything was etc. The room was clean and the bed was very spacious and comfy especially for a hostel bed! Face and body towels were both provided which is always a bonus! The shower room was on a different floor which I thought was strange as you had to walk through the lounge/kitchen area to access them… yet the showers were clean and worked well. Oh and also … there were even straighteners and curlers in the shared washroom outside the showers! The washroom area in our room was very clean and the air freshener in the toilets smelt amazing!

The communication with the owner was very easy and I always received a fast reply. The rooms were clean and the Tatami mats and fouton beds very comfortable. All shared rooms were very clean as well! Highly recommend this place.
