Definitely the STAFF! They are super friendly and welcoming. Most of them are capable in good english and willing to chat with the guest. Thanks to Natsumi, Yuji, Chaewon, Kiyoka, Mari, Yoshida san, Shion, Arisa and Erika. <3 The public area is right in front of the front entrance and super narrow which seems not enough space, but it actually has a really good atmosphere for making friends and talking to strangers. If you're a solo traveller or wanted to know new people, choose here!

It is in a great location that's tucked away, food close by along with the conbini's within walking distance. Everything was clearly written out. I enjoyed seeing the map of things to do. I would suggest adding cheap food locations for quick and easy snacks. The room I stayed in (6 bunk bed room), the bed given to me was great as it was on the bottom.
