The property is set in the 06. Mariahilf district. the studio is new, big, very nice bathroom and big windows everywhere. It is located very close to the main shopping street, everything is very close, cafes, shops, parking... we enjoyed it very much

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. We had a really unique room 🤩, the garden is allso very inviting and perfect place to chill out after every excursion to Vienna, there is a tram connection just a few minutes walk away that will take you all the way to the Stephans Cathedral and after touring the city it's nice get out of the mass tourist zones and to a quiet neighborhood.

Amazing location, so convenient, beautiful building, very comfortable room, we felt welcome and Tina was always available to answer questions and help.

This is a small, cozy, family-run hotel. It is meticulously cleaned by the welcoming owner who always greets you with a smile. The place is simple but with lots of small details that you can tell was thoughtfully placed. The common area in the basement has a full kitchen, with a free coffee machine and a drawer full of teas and even milk in the fridge to use as well. It has enough kitchen supplies to comfortably cook a variety of things should you not eat out in all the dining options near by. Not all the rooms have clear shower door but that isn’t a problem as I find it keeps the room bright and open. The internet is fast and stable and the room is equipped with lots of outlets. The hotel is a 12 min bus ride or 30 min walk from the main train station, and it is within 10-15 mins to lots of local neighbourhoods. It was easy to navigate around on foot to all tourist areas too.
