The house was perfect for our getaway. We came over with our boat and kayaks to enjoy the water. We were creative with the available kitchen items, but we have vacationed numerous times with rentals, and we have learned over the years how to maneuver. We cooked all mornings and all but one night without any problems. The staff was quick to respond when asked about a crockpot be available, so that was appreciated. The house was fully furnished with paper products, soaps and trash bags. We had a couple of times where we needed to ask a question. They were quick to respond to help and instruct. The weather was lovely so we are outside three of the nights. The back porch area was perfect with the propane fire table to add a touch of warmth with the coolness of the night. We will utilize Professor Rousseau’s property again when coming to the area.

Exceptionally well planned accommodation with tremendous facilities as described. Well sited with many Crystal River facilities just around 10 minutes away e.g. manatees, boat trips, traditional breakfast diner, Publiks (for stocking up). The weather wasn't ideal, so we found the games room ideal (useful ping pong kit) and the Roku TV meant that apps could be easily accessed. Parking in the drive also very helpful. While we were a small group there would certainly be room for many more..a real bargain.

Everything! Beautiful, very clean, and very well stocked. Best rental I have ever stayed at anywhere. Beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are well stocked with everything you need and the same for the kitchen. Luke was great and very responsive to questions. The hot tub was great, the furniture was clean, comfortable and like new. Great location. I highly recommend Crystal River Getaway.

Absolutely everything. I do travel a lot, and this is the best place I’ve ever been. Crystal River is amazing and what you need is to have this house with its private dock in the garden. We could go kayaking everyday to explore the area, we discovered the neighborhood thanks to the bikes… Everything was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable too, and we got the chance to enjoy the sun in the garden. Without any doubt, just go to this place if you want to spend the best time in Crystal River.

The house was perfect for us. Our daughter loved the master bedroom. It is as typically American as we imagined it to be. Coffee was plentiful, as were the ingredients. There were also plenty of towels and even toothbrushes. Our daughter was particularly impressed by the gluten-free Cheerios.❤️ I could continue this list almost endlessly. But I would like to mention that we needed medical help, which was no problem at all thanks to the information provided in the house. Thank you so much for this wonderful accommodation, which we were able to use when we came here to swim with manatees.

Our room was on the busy road side which was surprisingly quiet most of the time except one night, an idiot was playing music loud in a parking lot close by which wasn't the hotel's fault.
