The views were insane. The fact that you could use the onsen for free! The staff were super nice. The room was way bigger than expected. The views were the highlight, had to mention it twice.

I think this is my favourite hostel, I can scarcely imagine any place having a better assortment of things you can use while on your trip of the amazingly pretty Izu peninsula. The hosts are amazing, and you can see their love for travel and travellers. I've had really fun conversations with them and I'm sure I'll see them again on my next visit. I had great talks with the guests as well, all while admiring a pretty bay with light blue water from the living room. Rooms are tidy and have 2 sockets per bed, with a toilet and shower in each room. I think I could stay here for a while when I visit Japan again.

Romey, the owner was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful recommendations. Location was great, right next to the sea and a lot of good food. We were greeted with a beautiful sunrise in the morning.

There was also a coffee dripper and coffee in the kitchen which was really, really appreciated (need my morning coffee!) The general vibe of the hostel was also really nice, I would love to come back during the busy period when there are a lot more guests staying.
