The B&B was absolutely adorable with its attention to details from the Christmas decorations, to the sweets on your bedside table to the earplugs and sewing thread in the drawer. Every little thing was thought of.

Guest rooms at the accommodation are equipped with a seating area. Very interesting hotel, incredible surrounding including deer visits, loveley room, stylic decorated. The staff was very kind, the breakfast Perfect. When we are once more at this part of England, we certaibley will come back.

The view from our room was breath taking and even more amazing on our last 2 nights as the host was so kind to upgrade us to a room upstairs :)) Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is ~15-20 min walk from the town centre and close by are shops/restaurants. Beautiful promenade/walking path next to the sea. We truly enjoyed our stay in Eastbourne and suggest everyone to stay at Seaview Sanctuary!

Small kitchen and private living room was ideal and the ease of being in the heart of Lewes was so convenient. Vicky was so accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!
